K Salon is intended only for authorized salon owners, managers, and workers. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Authorized Access

Access is restricted to users onboarded by authorized salon management. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Login and Account Responsibility

Access is typically controlled by mobile OTP verification. You are responsible for your registered mobile number, device security, and any activity performed through your account.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the app only for internal salon operations, including:

• Task, service, and payment recording
• Worker/branch management and operational tracking
• Advance, expense, and settlement workflows
• Document and profile data updates where authorized

4. Prohibited Use

• Attempting unauthorized data access
• Tampering, reverse engineering, or service disruption
• Using the platform for unlawful activity
• Sharing access with unauthorized users

5. Data Integrity

Users must provide accurate operational data. Deliberate falsification of tasks, payments, expenses, or documents may result in access suspension.

6. Suspension or Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated by salon management or platform administrators for misuse, policy violation, or security concerns.

7. Service Availability

The app is provided on an internal operational basis. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued. Availability may be affected by backend outages, maintenance windows, network failures, and third-party infrastructure services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses from service interruptions, configuration errors, or third-party outages.

9. Updates to Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
