Data Deletion Request - Salon App

Salon App is an internal salon operations application used by salon owners/admins to manage employee tasks, work records, and advances. Employees can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Contact your salon administrator (recommended), or
2. Email us at salon.support@techvix.cloud with:
   • Subject: Employee Data Deletion Request
   • Your registered mobile number
   • Salon name (optional but helpful)

Processing Time

We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

On approval, we will delete:

• Your employee account profile
• Authentication identifiers linked to your account
• Associated personal data stored in the app

Business Records

Some business records, including limited work history or advance/pay records, may be retained if required for legal, payroll, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
