Salon App ("we", "our", "us") is a private internal application designed for salon owners and authorized salon administrators to manage employee operations. This app is not for end customers or public use.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information:
- Staff mobile number (for OTP login)
- Employee name and role (if entered by salon management)
- Work records (employee task updates, daily work, monthly summaries)
- Advance records (salary advances and balances)
- Device information (device model, OS version)
- App usage data (for internal diagnostics and performance improvement)
We do not collect passwords.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for salon internal business operations, including:
- Secure authentication via OTP
- Access control and user management
- Managing employee tasks, daily work, and monthly reports
- Recording and tracking staff advances
- Improving app reliability and performance
- Preventing fraud and misuse
3. WhatsApp OTP Authentication
We may send One-Time Passwords (OTP) via WhatsApp to verify login. Your mobile number is used only for authentication and access to internal salon systems.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We may share data only:
- With WhatsApp (Cloud API) for OTP delivery
- With hosting/infrastructure providers required to operate the service
- When required by law
5. Data Retention
Employee data is retained while the account is active. On termination or request, data may be deleted, subject to legitimate business record requirements, payroll obligations, or legal requirements.
6. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect employee data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.
7. Data Deletion Requests
Employees can request deletion through salon management or by contacting us at salon.support@techvix.cloud.
